Key Features of e-VOA

B1: Tourist Purpose

• Tourism, visiting relatives or friends, attending meetings or exhibitions, layovers, etc.
• The tourist visa (B1) is a renamed version of the previous B213 visa.

B2: Business Purpose

• Business activities such as meetings, contract signing, product purchases, etc.
• Factory inspections or continuous supervision of production activities are not included.

B3: Medical Purpose

• Travel for receiving medical treatment in Indonesia.

B4: Government-related Business

• Official government-related business travel.

Application Procedure

The process from applying for e-visa services to obtaining the visa is as follows:

1. Fill in the required information in the e-VOA application form and click the submit button.
   *Please note that if the request is made shortly before departure, there is a possibility that it may not be completed in time. We recommend submitting the request at least 72 hours before departure.
2. After confirming the application details, we will guide you on the necessary documents. Please prepare and send them as PDF data.
3. Once the required documents are received, we will begin the application process.
   *We will cover any costs incurred.
4. After obtaining the e-visa, we will provide the E-VOA data as PDF.
   *You must enter Indonesia within 90 days from the issuance date of the E-VOA.
5. After entry, the ITK (Stay Permit) will be sent digitally.

Required Documents

Documents required to be provided by the traveler:

• A color copy of the passport personal information page (must have at least 12 months remaining validity / photo images are not acceptable)
• A recent passport-sized photo (4×3 cm, no background color specification, taken while wearing a collared shirt)
• E-Ticket (round-trip flight ticket)

Cases where problems have occurred in the past

Technical issues during online application:

• Auto-filling error: It has been reported that the passport “issue date” is automatically filled with the application date, which can make the visa invalid if not corrected.
• Server error: Cases of the “500 Internal Server Error” message appearing, causing interruptions in the application process.

Extension issues:

• Missing “extension” button: Issues with the extension process, where the necessary “extension” button does not appear.
• Account deactivation: Cases where no confirmation email is received after account creation, preventing login. In this case, online extension processing may not be possible.
